Shampoo for smelly hair

I've wanted to try the no poo method but was mostly afraid of having that gross scalp smell nobody can stand. I wanted to know if that would be a problem, so I gave it a try.

Since I ditched the dye and no longer need shampoo to wash out the dye when I do dye jobs, I wanted to give the "No Poo" method a try. My biggest fear in going NO POO was the nasty scalp smell I'd get a few days after shampooing my hair. My thought was this: If my scalp stinks 3 days after washing my hair with shampoo, it might be even worse if I'm NOT using shampoo. In spite of this great concern, I went for it anyway.
