Racialization: when opportunities, relationships, and life experiences vary depending on a person's race. What does this look like in America? Some quick stats.
Diversity doesnt equal a better outcome
Canada has a tendency to use America as an example case for Racialization.
that is not what racialization means. What you describe is an outcome of racialization but is not the definition
Not sure where you got your definition, but Racialization "is the process of ascribing ethnic or racial identities to a relationship, social practice, or group that did not identify itself as such"
Rationalization is a process. Here you are showing the effects of racialization (inequality), rather than the process. There are many more effects, such as stigma, discrimination, punishment, exclusion, etc. here is a 2016 article on racialization. https://edisciplinas.usp.br/pluginfile.php/4030486/mod_resource/content/2/Racialization%20and%20racialization%20research.pdf
