Ive notice my butt has gotten really firm and tone and i also only do three excercises. Squat deadlift and press (bench and overhead). The press doesnt really do much for my butt im guessing. But still i only do those really.

Hi, love your videos. I have a quick question. One day, my lower back hurt on my left side, next day, it hurt on my right side, as if my left side never hurt me in my life. Everyday, it hurt on one or the other side, never both at the same time. When it hurt and its tight on one side, the other side is completly normal. Have an idea what is the cause of that? They seem similar to me a muscle that is toned, and a muscle that is tight; are they? Is there a big difference or a fine line between them. I understand (from experience) that pain can be associated with a tight muscle. A person is always supposed to stretch both before, and after exercising. Is there a difference in the stretching one would do, before..and after exercise?

Okay guys - recently found your channel. Interesting information. I've watched probably a dozen of your videos and picked up some tips for back and hip/pelvic issues. Ordered your brackets and the 12-piece Body Lastic kit. I'm motivated to start working out, something I haven't done for some years (more than I want to admit). Hi, I’v been doing a few of your lower body workout. I have a question, doing abs is the hardest for me even though the area I need a good workout is lower abs. Abs are the hardest cause one I don’t like doing them. Since I am thin, I figured oh I’m fine. Every time I do my abs my lower back aches. I’m trying to push down on my hips so that my back touches the floor/mat. While I am doing the exercises the low back still aches. Is this just part of it? I still feel my abs sore, but I feel it in the middle part of my abs not lower. I want to target the lower abs because this is the one are where I do have a pooch (I think it’s how you say it) that is lose not firm.
