Hey! I have lost a lot of weight since last year(145lbs down to 127lbs). It seems like my cellulite is worse now, i work out all the time and my diet is kind of bad. I dont understand why i have it and i just cant get rid of it! :-( its so annoying. Its mostly on my butt but my thighs have it rough too. Will this really work?

Does anyone have any tips on how to keep the knees lifted while doing this workout?? No matter how hard I try I just can't seem to do it :/

Thank you Cassey for making this! I work as a new night nurse and I’m still getting used to the schedule, so I’m usually exhausted the day after and feeling jetlagged frequently. I didn’t feel like working out today for the calendar. But I figured hey it’s only 4 minutes just do it, and I feel so much better and accomplished, and ready to maybe do some other videos for today! ?
